The VA Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) has awarded Travis Association for the Blind, the GOJO co-brand partner under the AbilityOne program, a standardized Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for Hand Sanitizer. This mandatory ordering agreement covers a broad range of hand sanitizer formulations, formats and dispensing systems.
